This is an introduction class in pottery. Something new you can try your hand at, it is a great way to disconnect from your thoughts and focus your intention on the sense of touch whilst clay is moving through your fingertips. I will demo how to use the potter’s wheel and show you all the steps to make your pots, I normally show students how to make a cylinder, so we have the option to make a mug, vase, and flowerpot. But, if you have a simple idea in mind, I can show you how to make it. This is a great activity to do by yourself, or with friends and family.

The class is two and a half hours long and costs £85 for one person. Also, you will get to keep three pots you have made, which will be glazed in a colour you choose. Then I will contact you and arrange collection, It takes 5/6 weeks to get your pieces through the firings and glazing.
